1930 Motor Show car for Grose Ltd based in Northampton.
After the show the car was registered PL3312 and sold to an unknown customer. The car was fitted with many extras including a extra reserve 7 1/2 gallon fuel tank. Having covered 34000 miles in two years the car ended up with Warwick Wrights a Talbot distributors. It was then purchased by Peter Hampton. In the next 18 months the car covered another 31000 miles many of which were in competition.
The car was capable of 0 to 50 Mph in 13 seconds and was capable of lapping Brooklands consistantly at nearly 80 Mph.

Between mid 1930 and late 1936 Grose's purchased 56 Talbots, 10 of which were in chassis form to be bodied in Northampton.
